Having spent many years working within the education sector (albeit in a very different role), we have collaborated and built relationships with hundreds of schools across London and Greater London. We have become very aware of the fact that each school has very specific, individual needs in terms of the teachers that they are looking to employ - exactly the same as each ECT has specific requirements or priorities that they are looking for within the school that they start their teaching career with.
At ECT Collaborative, we want to make sure that we are doing everything within our power to ensure that we are matching the requirements of the school, with the requirements of the ECT in order to create a positive and enjoyable working relationship and ultimately, one that lasts.
We genuinely see each case that we deal with as a collaboration between ourselves, the ECT and the school itself, hence the name. We pride ourselves on finding the right school for the right ECT and vice versa. We do this simply by asking questions and really getting to know the school or candidate that we are working on behalf of. We want to put you in a position where you can be confident that when dealing with schools, we will represent you, as well as you would represent yourself. From a schools perspective, we want to have the knowledge and a thorough understanding of what you can offer a potential successful candidate in terms of location, job role, prospects, expectations and support.
We will advise and assist you with every aspect of the process, from CV and personal statement writing, to setting up the interviews. We can also assist with travel arrangements and over night accommodation where required. Our aim is to make the process of finding the perfect job as easy a possible!
